Source Building Group, Inc served as Construction Manager at Risk Partner for this UT Southwestern project. The scope of work for this four-story 118,000 square feet building consisted of public spaces, an administration suite with shops and fabrication suite on the first-story of the building. The second through fourth stories were designed to accommodate the research lab spaces.
