Completed in 2023, the UT Southwestern Medical Center at Redbird is a fantastic example of what happens when renovation and service for the community collide. Originally constructed as SEARS retail, this building served as an anchor for Redbird Mall for decades but declined in use as mall interest faded due to newer options.
With a new owner, an imaginative architectural firm and the hard work of dedicated construction professionals, it has been transformed into a vibrant community healthcare resource for the Southern Dallas sector that offers clinical offices, a pharmacy, lab work and other essential needs for maintaining health and wellness.
