Source Building Group, Inc served as the 60% Joint Venture General Contractor in delivering the New 170,000 sq. ft ground up Dallas County Government Center. The project included new cast on site concrete tilt wall exterior mixed with curtainwall and masonry. The interiors included new state of the art MEP Systems, with high end finishes for Dallas County Courts, Administration, Sheriff’s Office, Constable Office and the new District Office for the County Commissioner. The project also included new parking lot and Radio Tower.
