TM Source Building Group, Inc., served as Cost-Plus General Contractor on this new construction project for Paul Quinn College. The scope of work included construction of the new Health and Wellness Center that has a competition gymnasium with a second-floor viewing/announcing platform, full concession area, home and visitor locker rooms, athlete’s trainer room with ice bath and other necessary equipment, large restrooms accessible for all events, classrooms, dance studio, weight training facility, and offices.
