TM Source Building Group, Inc., served as Cost-Plus General Contractor on this renovation project for Paul Quinn College. The scope of work included asbestos abatement, demolition, and renovating an existing 1950s classroom building into the 64-unit Trammell S. Crow Living and Learning Center featuring dorm rooms, laundry room, apartment for the Dorm RA, converting the existing vault into office space including restoring the existing vault door, and multiple collaborative spaces.
