A huge need for essential healthcare access in the southern sector of Dallas County has always been a challenge for the city to supply.

Parkland Health and Hospital Systems expanded its offering of services to bring a much-needed solution to the area with their new state-of-the-art medical facility.

The Parkland C.V. Roman Health Center offers adult and pediatric services, breast cancer screenings, behaviorial health, pharmacy, radiology, nutrition, and many other services that will benefit the surrounding communities. Source Building Group, Inc. served as General Contractor for the core and shell demolition and rebuild / renovations for this project. The scope of work included new roof top units (RT), two (2) new elevators, a new interiors lobby and a new perimeter building façade. The building façade is composed of new curtain wall system, metal paneling, brick masonry along with EIFS System.
