I.M. Terrell Visual and Performing Arts Center

Providing new access to the creative community with an innovative and up-to-date facility.

Source Building Group, Inc. served as the General Trades Contactor and Construction Manager at Risk Partner for the multiphase renovations to the existing I.M. Terrell High School and new construction of the Visual Performing Arts Center.

The historic I.M. Terrell Academy serves the Butler community of Fort Worth and the team was privileged to renovate and preserve the rich history of the existing educational institution while constructing a new, attached Visual and Performing Arts Center on its campus.

The Visual and Performing Arts Center included a new state-of-the-art performance hall, collaborative arts spaces along with musical practice spaces and a band hall.
