Source Building Group, Inc. served as the 60% Joint Venture General Contractor in delivering the 22,000 square feet new ground up Dallas County Sheriff’s Academy. The project included new masonry exterior mixed with curtainwall and stone. The interiors include new state-of-the-art MEP Systems, with high-end finishes for Dallas County Constable Training, Sheriff’s Office, Constable Office and law enforcement fitness training. The project also includes a new parking lot and radio tower.
