Since joining Source Building Group, Inc. as Senior Estimator in 2025, Trent has elevated the pursuit process within the company. He brings over 25 years of industry experience to support and lead the organization’s preconstruction and estimating efforts. His responsibilities include working on complex, multibillion-dollar joint venture projects, where he contributes to the strategic planning and cost management required in early project development. In addition to preconstruction leadership, Trent provides in-depth expertise to the estimating department across both hard bid and negotiated projects, supporting a wide range of public and private sector work. With a strong background in detailed cost analysis, value engineering and bid management; he helps ensure competitive, accurate and strategic pricing for construction projects of all sizes and scopes.
