We had one Goal: find talented Young Professionals across all demographics to help us grow into a premier construction company

The stage was set, the weather cooperated and all we needed were young and eager minds to engage with us. This September, Source Building Group, Inc., embarked on an ambitious quest to locate and find an ambundance of talent across four different institutions to us grow our team through either internship opportunities or potential full-time employment for upcoming grads. We attended college career fairs at the following universities:

• The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD)
• Southern Methodist University (SMU)
• The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA)
• The University of Texas at Tyler (UT Tyler)

As the future outlook for our company looks incredibly bright, we hope these new additions will learn from our team and help to propel us to new heights of greater success as we continue to collaborate with our trade and industry partners to build new spaces for an ever-growing population. Moving forward, we will continue to invest in cultivating relationships with not only these schools, but with other institutions across the state of Texas and beyond to showcase Source Building Group, Inc. as a great place to work and a leading firm within the contracting and construction industry.
