American Airlines Integrated operations center
Source Building Group, Inc. served as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) partner for the interior buildout for the new American Airlines Robert W. Baker Integrated Operations Center. The 150,000 square feet facility is a major component in the headquarters expansion project for the airlines as it houses 1,600 employees and contains all global flight operations for American Airlines and US Airways.

Joseph Lockridge Community Complex Makes a Difference
Transitional housing for men who are released from prison back into society helps in several ways. In partnership with the Regional Black Contractors Association (RBCA), the Joseph Lockridge Community Complex will play a key role in this transition. Approximately 70 units will be available to men who are enrolled in training for a new job in the RBCA’s program at Dallas College which will provide the skillsets needed to reenter the workforce. The amount of self-esteem and confidence a person has increases when they have a job, so this new complex is a vital supportive piece in the process of their transition into society.
