The former home of Dallas City Hall, which opened in 1914, has a new purpose in the legal world.

Source Building Group, Inc served as the Construction Manager at Risk Partner for the renovation of the new University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law. Work included historic preservation and six (6) levels of buildout for new classrooms, lecture spaces, law library, administration spaces, court rooms and expanded learning spaces.

The project team worked with the Texas Historical Commission in preserving key elements of this historical facility that date back to 1914. Architectural features of the interior spaces that include marble, tile and terrazzo were preserved along with added new finishes to dynamic educational and collaborative spaces serving the University of North Texas School of Law.
