Paul Lawrence Dunbar young men’s leadership academy
With the existing structures on campus being inadequate to provide a college-like educational experience, designers and other industry professionals collaborated to create a new vision for the gentlemen to grow and develop.

Metrocare's new Mental Health & Disability Center is UnveiledÂ
Metrocare is Dallas County’s largest provider of mental and behavioral health and developmental disabilities services. It serves well over 50,000 people each year and its outreach extends into services for veterans, the homeless community, social services, and training. The campus expansion project adds a new one-story 46,000 square feet clinic that includes behavioral health service departments for children and adults. The redevelopment project also includes a new 93,000 square feet client services building which is comprised of two levels of Class A administrative office space, a commercial kitchen and wellness center above a mixed-use podium strategically positioned above a parking garage with additional complimentary client services.
