Source Building Group, Inc served as the 20% Joint Venture Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) in delivering the 40,000 square feet new ground up Integrated Operations Center. The project included a new precast exterior mixed with curtain walls. The interiors of the facility included new state-of-the-art MEP Systems, raised flooring with high end finishes for Airport Operations Monitoring. The facility is an EF-5 rated.
